Caledonian Heritable Ltd have applied for a partial change of use at 142-46 Dundas Street from a public house/vacant restaurant and vacant shop to a mixed use public house/restaurant and delicatessen (Ref. 10/2493/FUL). The intention is to revive Clark's Bar's fortunes (flagging, like those of other 'working men's' bars nationwide) by creating internal links to adjacent food-related premises.
