FOOT OF BROUGHTON STREET

Beware! 

The detached base of this bollard is a dangerous trip hazard in the dark. 

A visitor last night sustained a bruised face and wrist broken in two places after falling here. 

At leas two urgent requests have now been made for the Council to fix this.
